UFO Spotted; Numerous Planes and Helicopters over Phoenixville/Kimberton, Pennsylvania

Phoenixville/Kimberton, Pennsylvania – 01-08-12

Shape: Cone – Duration: about 1 hour

I witnessed 10-15 low flying (the height of the tree) cones or top shaped UFOS with many colorful lights before helicopters showed up.

I work in Kimberton, Pennsylvania, and at approx. 7:15 PM, I went outside for a cigarette when I saw what looked like 10-15 giant sparklers rounded cones or tops in the sky, flying low, with some blinking lights.

There were all colors; pinks, purples, orange red, white and blue.

I caught THE FIRST ONE on video, but the others, for some reason, would not show up on my camcorder anymore. They all flew in one direction, cut across left above my work building into the night sky.

Within 10-15 minutes, the sky was SWARMING with helicopters and airplanes and TONS of our own flying machines.

Every dog on the block was barking, HOWLING, for at least 20 minutes while these things flew by. And around 7:45 is when I saw the last one, diagonal from my office, right above a church, well, not RIGHT above like the one that flew literally 50 feet over my head, but a little ways above the roof of the church.

It sat still for a time, then SLOWLY rose higher into the sky. It blinked a pink and purple color.

My mother, aunt, and cousin drove to my work and were also witness to the last one floating in the sky.

Dead blackbirds fall again in Arkansas town

Thousands of dead blackbirds rained down on a town in central Arkansas last New Year’s Eve after revelers set off fireworks that spooked them from their roost, and officials were reporting a similar occurrence Saturday as 2012 approached.

Police in Beebe said dozens of blackbirds had fallen dead, prompting officers to ban residents from shooting fireworks Saturday night. It wasn’t immediately clear if fireworks were again to blame, but authorities weren’t taking a chance.

Officer John Weeks said the first reports of “birds on the streets” came around 7 p.m. as residents celebrated the year’s end with fireworks in their neighborhoods.

“We started shutting down fireworks,” he said. “We’re working on cleaning up the birds now.”

He said police were working with animal control workers and others to remove the birds and determine a death count.

“We’re not sure if they’re going to continue to fall throughout the night. I can’t tell you,” Weeks said.

Scientists say the loud cracks and booms from celebratory fireworks likely sent the birds into such a tizzy that they crashed into homes, cars and each other before plummeting to their deaths last New Year’s Eve. The birds landed on roofs, sidewalks, streets and fields. One struck a woman walking her dog. Another hit a police cruiser.

The blackbird die-off, coupled with tens of thousands of dead drum fish that washed up on the shores of the Arkansas River, flung the state into the national headlines and drew conspiracy theorists and filmmakers to the town about 30 miles northeast of Little Rock that shares Arkansas Gov. Mike Beebe’s last name.

Some people speculated that the birds had been poisoned; others said their deaths marked the beginning of the apocalypse.

“It’s just got to be a pain in my career,” Beebe Police Chief Wayne Ballew said.

Tehran UFO Incident

On September 19, 1976, the Imperial Iranian Air Force engaged UFOs in the vicinity of Tehran. The United States, at that time a staunch ally of Iran, undertook a careful study of the incident. Decades later, General Parviz Jafari (Ret.) delivered extensive testimony at the National Press Club in Washington, DC concerning the IIAF dogfight with an unknown intelligence.

Missouri UFO: Police officer spots ’round object’ at tree tops

A Missouri police officer at Lee’s Summit reports watching a “round object with very bright, white lights” that hovered just above the tree tops, according to December 2, 2011, testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The officer was on-duty at the time and was at the intersection of 291 Highway and 150 Highway when the object was noticed to the west.

“It would take a baseball held at arm’s length to cover the object,” the officer stated. “The white lights had a blue hue to them and all of the lights were on the bottom of the craft. The lights were strobing, and there was no sound whatsoever. It was a clear night with no cloud cover, and the object was very low, just above treetop level.”

The officer was able to capture the object with a dashboard cam – although the video was not submitted with the original report.

“I watched as it hovered, and filmed it with the dash cam on my patrol car for approximately 15 minutes, then finally turned the camera off because I didn’t want to use up memory on the camera. I called dispatch, who got a good laugh out of it, but they wouldn’t take me seriously. I requested a copy of the video when I arrived at the station and will forward that to MUFON when I get it.”

The object moved away and the officer was able to find additional witnesses.

“The object then moved to the west slowly at first, then sped up very quickly and was out of sight in a couple of seconds. I stopped at Quick Trip and several families came up to me and asked if I saw the UFO. I assumed that they would call in a report, but according to dispatch there were no other reports received.”

This is not the first unidentified object that the officer has seen recently over this area.

“I saw a similar object on October 31 in the same location but did not file a report about it. This object was closer than the other one. I called another officer to come out and he saw the object, too.”

Senator Richard Russell Sees a UFO

Georgia Senator Richard Russell was a major figure in the U.S. Senate. As head of the Senate Armed Services Committee, he exerted enormous influence over the American defense establishment. When he spoke, the military listened. So when Russell reported what he had seen while traveling through the Soviet Union, no one laughed-and hardly anyone outside official circles knew of his remarkable experience until years later.

Just after 7 P.M. on October 4, 1955, while on a train in the Transcaucasia region, the senator happened to gaze out a window to the south. To his considerable astonishment his eyes focused on a large disc-shaped object slowly ascending as a flame shot from underneath it. The object then raced north across the tracks in front of the train. Russell scurried to alert his two companions, who looked out to see a second disc do what the first had just done. At that moment Soviet trainmen shut the curtains and ordered the American passengers not to look outside.

As soon as they arrived in Prague, Czechoslovakia, the three men went to the United States embassy and sat down with Lt. Col. Thomas S. Ryan, the air attaché. Russell’s associate, Lt. Col. E. U. Hathaway, told Ryan that they were about to report something extremely important-“but something that we’ve been told by your people [the U.S. Air Force] doesn’t exist.”

Soon rumors about the senator’s sighting reached America, but when a reporter for the Los Angeles Examiner tried to obtain details, Russell said only, “I have discussed this matter with the affected agencies and they are of the opinion that it is not wise to publicize this matter at this time.” The report was not declassified until 1985. Interestingly, one of the “affected agencies” was not Project Blue Book, which never received the report. Apparently, the event was too sensitive for so lowly a project.
